Hello and welcome to the blog! I have to admit that this is my first time blogging, so I have very little idea what I'm doing. But I'm looking at it as an adventure. The last several months have been an adventure, really. I signed my first publishing contract, something I had dreamed of since I was twelve years old, and then I signed a second contract for the second book in my fantasy romance series, and now I'm working on editing and all the things that come along with publishing a book while also busy writing book 3. Life is busy.
And every day, I am thrilled and grateful and just a little shocked that this is happening at all.
As for the blog, the plan for now is to post at least once each week. I'll definitely talk about writing and books, my own and other people's. Because there are so many great books out there and I love to read them and talk about them with others who love to read them too. I'm sure I'll talk about other things as well - travel and favorite places, my adventures in cooking and baking, and who knows what other random things. I'll probably post pictures - as my family could tell you, I take tons of them (they usually say this in a tone that means they think I take far too many).
