It's time again for JeRoWriMo, the New Jersey Romance Writers writing challenge month! Participants try to hit the goal of writing (or editing) 30,000 words during the month of February. I've participated nearly every year I've been a member, and it's always been a great experience, both because the group cheers each other on and encourages each other as we share daily word counts and writing experiences and because I'm a competitive person. If I join a challenge, I'm going to finish it!
This year, I'm hoping to make a lot of progress on the second Dragons of Ivria book. I'm behind where I wanted to be by now—Covid and then Long Covid fatigue has messed with my writing schedule and routine. But I'm still determined to have this book in your hands as soon as I possibly can. So...back to work!
